My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, somatic awareness, behavioral activation, and attachment-focused work, all grounded in a humanistic, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed lens. When helpful, I also incorporate expressive and creative techniques to support deeper insight and healing. My style is warm, engaged, collaborative, attuned, occasionally humorous, and always deeply respectful—creating a therapeutic space where you feel supported and understood.
