Scope of Services

I provide parent and caregiver coaching focused on education, skills-building, and support. Coaching is not psychotherapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. If you need therapy, I can offer referrals or discuss therapy separately.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use coaching services, or a legal guardian engaging services for yourself as a caregiver.

​

No Emergency or Crisis Services

My coaching services and this website are not for emergencies. If you are in crisis or in immediate danger, call 911, 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or go to the nearest emergency room.

Scheduling, Cancellations & No Shows

​

• Session length: Typically 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellation window: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.

• Fees: Late cancellations or no shows may be charged the full session fee or count as a pre-paid session.

• Punctuality: Sessions end on time; if you are late, the session may be shortened.

• Fees, Payment & Refunds

• Fees: Disclosed prior to booking and subject to change with notice.

• Payment: Due at or before the session and can be done via PayPal.

• Refunds: Services already rendered are non refundable. Packages or groups may have specific policies noted at purchase.

Telecoaching

I offer sessions via secure video or phone. Technology has risks (e.g., outages). You are responsible for using a private, quiet location, maintaining a stable connection, and not recording sessions unless I’ve agreed in writing.

Confidentiality & Privacy

I respect your privacy and keep information confidential to the extent permitted by law and platform policies. Coaching is generally not covered by HIPAA in the same way as therapy. Please review my Privacy Policy for how I collect, use, and store data in my coaching business. Avoid sending sensitive information by email or text, which may not be secure.

Coaching Boundaries & Outcomes

Coaching supports insight, skills, and actions, but results are not guaranteed. You remain responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes. Testimonials, if shared, reflect individual experiences and are not promises of results.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, and any materials or worksheets I provide, are my intellectual property. You may use them for your personal, noncommercial purposes. Do not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without my written permission.

Website Use & Content

Website content (blogs, resources, downloads) is for educational purposes only. Visiting the site or booking a discovery call does not create a coach–client relationship until intake and payment are completed. I may link to external sites; I’m not responsible for their content or policies.

Rescheduling, Pausing & Termination

Either of us may pause or end coaching at any time. I may terminate services for nonpayment, repeated no shows, safety concerns, or if coaching is no longer appropriate. I’ll offer referrals when reasonable. Refunds for pre-paid packages or oth

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. My total liability, if any, for claims arising from services or this website will not exceed the total fees you paid to me in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas (without regard to conflict of law rules). Disputes will be resolved in the state courts located in Texas unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use of this website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
